• Live Well_webThese two layouts are the first shipment in the “Amber’s Possibilities!” club.  They will ship May 1.

Live Well:  This layout is made with a really fun new line from We R Memory Keepers they’re not usually my favorite company, but I love that these papers are bright colors, playful and distressed at the same time.

Reach for the stars:  When Tamara and I were checking out the new CHA product, we saw this line and it was love at first site!  We begged Jorjana to order this line.  It’s the perfect colors for the guys in your life (and yet still a little girly!).  This layout is designed with the Papa line from Fancy Pants.

***hint: check back next Friday for a preview of the June pages***

Some of you have wondered if I will be working with any manufacturers (thank you for thinking. I could).  The answer is yes.  I have two that have asked me do projects for them on an as needed basis.

I would also like to continue going on Good Things Utah and Studio 5 (I really enjoy doing it).  Keep your fingers crossed that I can work something out!  I’ll let you know as soon as anything is worked out.  For now, I have an appearance scheduled for Good Things Utah on Monday, April 7.  I will be demonstrating a really fun boys room project using the totally Ambercool Archaic line from Basic Grey.  You can purchase this product at All My Memories right now for 20% off!

Here are some more fun pics of the boys Easter Egg "Hunting" as Omi’s house.  Isn’t her yard fun?  We spent 4 hours there Saturday morning "waking" unburying the yard from winter.  It’s amazing, you could almost hear the yard saying "Thank you, now I can breathe!"

I can’t believe you are 7 already!  You are such a sweetie.  Somehow you are extremely shy and outgoing all at the same time.  You are smart, funny, willing to work hard and always learning.  I wish I had your memory … just a little, please!  I’m excited to see what the next year holds.  I am glad you are my son!  mom.

  • Many of you have asked where I am going, what I am doing, will I still be teaching?  Will I keep the blog?

I have been talking with one of my favorite wholesalers (my first choice ~ you know who they are!) and this company would like me to do some projects for them, not on a full-time basis, but as needed.  A couple of other companies have asked me to do a couple of projects for them as well.  When I have the projects done, they have been accepted and I can show them, I will put them here.  I would LOVE to be able to keep going on Good Things Utah and need to see if I can work this out!

This is something I CAN show!  My friend, Shyloh, has started an online kit company called … A Page For All Seasons.  She has kits online and available for pre-order right now!  I completed this page this weekend with the Ultra-cool Zach’s Life line (notice the fold out page).  I’ve given Shyloh my Supply Sheet.  When she knows we’ll be getting the products, she will put it on her site.  I would think it will be up by the end of next week.

I think the cost for this kit is $12.50.  I’ll let you know for sure!

You can continue to visit me here.  This blog is mine and I will always keep it Amberupdated so you will know what is going on!  Hugs!

(Tamara & Mandi are on board with Shyloh, too!)

  • Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

I’ve never done this, but I decided my boys are neglected.  I haven’t done green food on St. Patrick’s Day … ever!  I know!  It’s HORRIBLE!  Anyway, I decided to surprise them with green milk in their cereal.  It was not appreciated!  I had to remind them that there was no more milk and if they wanted breakfast, they would have to eat it with green milk.  It’s a good thing we went to dinner tonight and I didn’t make the green spaghetti with green breadsticks I had planned.  I wouldn’t want to force them to have fun!  WINK!

Want to hear the really luck part of my day?  Let me start with a couple pictures:

    2008_03_17_001 2008_03_17_004

The clock on the right was my big "splurge" from Black Goose Design in Midvale, UT.  You know, the $140 clock that you shouldn’t buy, but can’t resist.  It was knocked off the wall a couple of times and finally stopped working.  I meant to get it fixed, never did and then "splurged" again.  Well, tonight that one was hit with a large ball and you can see what hapened to the minute hand.  I think between the two of them, I can have one that works.  Each boy has had a turn breaking a clock so hopefully we are done with breaking clocks!  I hope you’ve enjoyed my funny story!

Do you know what made my day the "luckiest"?  Having two little boys in my life to complain and break my favorite clock(s).  I don’t know what I’d do with out them and Bry.
