I had a lot of fun decorating Neal's teacher's door for Teacher Appreciation Week.
He's absolutely LOVED this year. We've been so lucky to have a great teacher every year.

You have to have the right teacher for this idea … One year I took picture of all the kids facing sideways looking like they were picking their noses. Some of the boys were facing front and were picking their noses. Then we said, “We couldn’t have picked a nicer teacher”. She loved it! And I have seen it done for other teachers every year since then.
