… the Tooth Fairy?? I need to know for tonight! When I was losing teeth, I think I got $1.00 a tooth (but my grandparents chipped in another $2.00). I keep thinking that with inflation over the last 17 years or so, that would be like $5.00 to $10.00, but that seems too high. Please let me know what you do for your little toothless wonder kids!? *A*

Congrats little buddy! I would go with 1 dollar per tooth also. I don’t think infaltion applies in this case!

my kids each get $1.00 PER TOOTH,because i always got 25 cents. inflation has been taken into consideration, and since i (mom)pulled out most of the teeth at this house of boys, that is enough ! good luck!

We always wanted to encourage reading for our kids. So we always gave them a new book for a tooth. It required alot of planning and sometimes the tooth fairy was really busy and waited an extra night to get them the book. But it worked …. they all love to read.

I can’t believe my little nephew is old enough to lose teeth! $1 sounds good to me! I think we got whatever leftover change the tooth fairy had sitting on the dresser. I will never forget the time I started to wake up as the tooth fairy was taking his hand out from under my pillow…so depressing!
