• This has been an interesting week!  I am teaching the second of my six calendar classes tonight, I have been on TV once and will be on again tomorrow morning, my BOO & Believe wood letters have been a hit, Neal started pre-school and here I am.

There are 100 BOO kits at the All My Memories booth at the expo this weekend.  Due to popular demand and because the classes are now full, we are also taking pre-orders for Believe at the expo.  I am humbled at the positive response and all the emails I have received!

I am currently typing instructions for the calendar.  The first class was the most dissatisfying class I have ever taught.  I worked for almost 24 hours straight to get the class ready and some of the class members were upset with the speed of the class and the substitutions in product.  I don’t blame the class members, I didn’t present it in the best possible way.  I just like to be the "feel good" person and I wasn’t!  I have learned!  Because of that, I have completely revamped the way I am teaching tonight.  I will let you know how it goes.

If you are registered for the calendar class, please be on time, be prepared to not finish (although you will come very close), and bring TONS OF ADHESIVES!

We had a hard morning the first day of pre-school.  I think Neal thought Riley and I were going to play and have a great time without him.  Little does he know how boring it is!  Today went really smoothly – he loves his friends and teachers!

  • Fall into the Holidays is Thursday, Sept. 15 from 6:00 to 9:00.  There will be free make-n-takes, four mini projects, drawings and 15% off all FALL items!  I’ll be there – so come and say hi!

Reminder:  The first Calendar class is this Saturday, the 17th!  Class starts at 4:00 sharp!  Be on time and prepared to have fun (work)!  We will start at 4:00!  Bring scissors, cutter and adhesives.

This looks like fun!  A good time and a good cause:  Download utah_crop_for_cf.doc   I’m unable to go (I’m teaching).  If anyone goes, let me know how it went!

  • I had a ton of fun in last night’s class! It was a really fun group.  Our personalities really meshed!  I hope those of you who came had as much fun!

I haven’t had that many weird things happen in a class before. But we made it through relatively unscathed!

For some reason (to cause problems) my sewing machine gave us grief and some of the rub-ons didn’t work. We were missing the bookplate and the decorative tabs.  Because of the inconvenience, everyone received a free All My Memories ribbon package!

Don’t hesitate to post a response!  You don’t have to sign up!  Simply click on the COMMENTS link, enter your name and email address and your post.  It’s simple!

As always, thank you for all the positive responses and energy you give me!

  • 2005_08_12_001a I thought we should try this.  Instead of me filling up your inboxes, I can just let you know when there is a new update!  Give me feedback!  There is a monthly cost for this, so if you don’t like it this way, let me know!

Just add this blog to your FAVORITES folder and you will always be able to find me!
