Today was such a special day! Neal was baptized & confirmed and became a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints. There was such a beautiful and peaceful Spirit at his baptism and during the program. It was amazing to see all our family and friends that came to share this experience with us.
My mom spoke about Baptism and Bryan’s mom spoke about the Gift of the Holy Ghost. Neal was overcome by the spirit and tried to cover it up by rubbing his eyes and saying he was “tired”. My mom gave him a journal to write down his feelings of this day. Bryan’s mom made him a “comforter” because the Holy Ghost comforts us if we will listen to him.
His cousins sang “I Am a Child of God” and his grandfather’s were the witnesses that made sure everything was done properly.
We were missing two of Bryan’s siblings and one of my sibling and their families. We love you and missed you! How lucky we are to 
have the gospel in our lives!
