Welcome to the first Bo Bunny blog hop! My name is Amber Packer and this is your third "hop" on your way to find our First Ever Guest Designer!

Julia has asked us to share our favorite car with you.  I have a couple.

86-Nissan_300Z_DV-07-PCS_01

My dad had a blue Nissan 300ZX.  It was good looking, fast and really got noticed.  I was in Jr. High and LOVED that car.  I thought it was going to be mine when I turned 16.  When my dad sold it and bought a Blazer, I refused to ride in it for a while I was so upset!

83_Mercedes_380-SL_Dv-06-BJ-u01

This was my other "dream" car when I was a teenager.  I remember one driven in an episode of Remington Steele.  My teenage mind could think of nothing better than a Mercedes Convertible & Pierce Brosnan!  Bryan is glad he now knows what to aspire to – wink!

1988 Acura Legend

In College I drove a gold Acura Legend.  It had leather seats, a CD player (I was one of the only people I knew who had one) and a moon roof.  I thought I was hot stuff.  Now I know that if I want to be cool, I need to treat others well.  A car can't do it.

Impala 1

My dad had a Chevy Impala when he was young.  A few years ago, he bought this one.  It was so much fun to drive!

I guess my favorite cars are like my scrapbook style: Clean Lines, Eye-Catching, Powerful, Eclectic, Inspirational, Nostalgic and FUN!

Keep going … you're going to have fun!  Your next "hop" will be to the fabulous Kristin Swain's blog.  I hope you enjoyed your stop here.  Look around.  I hope you'll find value in what I have written.

Before you leave my blog, comment on any post Amberso we know you made it here!

Talk about memories-I had an old ’62 Chevy Impala. If you removed the back seat-you could get 2 dirt motorcycles in the trunk! Did nothing for the resale value however.

I can so relate to your disappointment when your dad sold the Nissan – my parents came to pick me up for my 19th birthday (I had just gotten my drivers license a few months earlier) in a new car, and I thought maybe it was for me or I could at least have their old one…but nooooo.. 😦 Great memory though!

What a fun read about you and your car history! Car histories can be as much fun as scrapbooking histories in a family! My husband had many cars in their family and I put an album together for him and had the BEST time doing it – he cherishes that album because it includes so much about his father who has now passed on.
