So, it’s May 1st.  The first day of May, 6 weeks since the first day of Spring.  This is what we have enjoyed all day long … SNOW!? What!?  Are you serious?  It was 80 degrees on Tuesday (two days ago).  I guess this is just part of the fun of the unpredictable Utah weather.
