If the graceful way I broke my toe wasn’t enough … here’s something I thought you’d enjoy.  (This didn’t happen to me, but to a friend of mine!)

Friday I went to the doctor for my yearly physical.

My blood pressure was high, my cholesterol was high.  I’d gained some weight, and I didn’t feel so hot.

My doctor said eating right doesn’t have to be complicated and it would solve my physical
problems.  He said just think in colors. Fill your plate with bright colors… greens, yellows, reds, etc.

I went right home and ate an entire bowl of M&M’s.

And sure enough, I felt better immediately. I never knew eating right could be so easy.  Just thought I should pass this tip on to you.

    Love it – I needed a good laugh today!
    Chocolate sure has an amazing power to make me feel better. In fact, that’s why I’m eating a piece of it right now. My twisted brain seems to think that it will make my throbbing mouth feel better – at least for 2 minutes. 🙂
